We felt at home at Boanerges from the very first time we visited. Our Pastor is very personable and involved in his congregation’s lives, very caring. Boanerges is a very giving and mission- minded church.

I decided to join this church because of the genuine worship and the intentional, caring community I found here. Being part of this family has transformed my worldview, mindset, and attitude toward life. I am forever grateful for the amazing people I’ve met and for the way God has led me to this church!

We came to Boanerges because our daughter had come to VBS one summer and begged us to return. She was learning and growing so much through the nursery class, even at age 2. We loved how welcoming everyone is and how much it felt like home. As we’ve begun to serve and be more involved, we’ve found ways to use our gifts and talents to serve the Lord together as a family.

Boanerges Baptist has walked with us throughout our lives. … encouraging and showing us the love of Jesus in good times and bad. They have supported the Boanerges Trio as we sang all those years. They’re our Family!
